1) Incorrect or Defective Orders

  • We may request photos/video of the issue and, in some cases, ask you to return the incorrect item for inspection.
  • Once confirmed, your replacement will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

2) Returns for Refund (Change of Mind / Not Defective)

If you’re not satisfied for reasons other than defect or fulfillment error, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • After we receive and verify the return, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

3) Returns for Exchange (Size/Color/Style Change)

For exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Our team will guide you through placing a replacement order.
  • Return shipping for the original item is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we’ll move forward with the exchange.

4) Personalized / Custom Items

Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.

5) How to Start a Return/Exchange

  • We’ll provide step-by-step instructions, including return address and packaging requirements.

  • Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency; any bank fees/exchange differences are not covered by kickgearpro.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy (e.g., used, damaged, missing tags/packaging, or outside the return window).
